Blatant Plagiarism and Willful Intellectual Copyright Infringement of my original book by the makers of a film.

The case is not sub-judice. Has not gone to trial. I haven't yet filed a case. Anyone may report it as on date.

The bane of all hard-working, sincere and original content writers is plagiarism. Lazy, corrupt and unscrupulous people steal the 'Fruits of Labor' of such writers to make a fast buck. The original writer is literally left out in the cold, robbed of their credit, legally rightful remuneration and royalties.

My book has been the victim of such plagiarists too! It has been made into a film that has been a huge commercial success.

Despite all the correspondence with those who are guilty/those who have been aiding and abetting the serious crime, they maintain that they aren't guilty. They have however, admitted that the plot is similar! Obviously, plagiarists and their associates won't ever admit to their crime as they would lose face in society. None of the websites or the offenders have as yet responded to my Take Down Notice to them, regarding removal of the Infringing Film. So it's amazing (and thought-provoking!) about how all the social media platforms have instantaneously acquiesced to the request of the offenders to remove my report that states the truth! This action too, would amount to aiding and abetting the serious crime of Willful Copyright Infringement. So let them be aware!

Thankfully, LinkedIn has seen the light of truth shining brightly and posted the article. It's hurtful that I have got so few 'true' supporters/friends here as none of them has signed the petition regarding Blatant Plagiarism and Willful Intellectual Copyright Infringement of my original book by the makers of a film; on Change.org. I had posted that link in a post on LinkedIn.

I really hope and pray that people realize the gravity of this issue and support my cause, as tomorrow, God Forbid; anyone could be in my shoes!

It's hilarious that they don't even know the meaning of the word 'sub-judice' as they are working overtime to hide their tracks (read crime!) by asking all social media platforms/websites to remove my report on this crime by telling them that the matter is sub-judice.

Well, the matter is not yet sub-judice as I haven't yet filed the case and am still working on it.

So I earnestly request all the social media platforms and websites, including LinkedIn, Change.org, Facebook, etc. who have been listening to their ignorant and self-serving claims about the matter being sub-judice, and deleting this important report that also concerns the safety of all self-publishing independent authors' books; to kindly immediately reinstate my report so that the public is made aware of their shenanigans.

I have sent a Cease and Desist Notice to them on 1st February, 2025 and have been corresponding with them, but haven't yet filed a case, so I repeat that as the case has not been filed as on date; it is 'NOT SUB-JUDICE.'

Hope this clears the air on this important issue.

World Organ Donation Day - 13th August - Kindly Take a Pledge to Save Precious Lives!

          Even as I write this post, several patients all over the world, suffering from ailments that need immediate organ transplants; desperately await suitable and willing donors! Often their immediate relatives or close friends step in to do the needful and save their precious lives. If their blood groups don't match, they swap organs with other families that have persons needing transplants. Yet, there are innumerable others who languish in hospitals or at home, waiting for the good news that someone has finally taken a call to donate his/her/their organs for the greater good. Listened to reason and their conscience!

          We have all read heartwarming reports of strangers donating their organs or families of accident victims/surgeries who have not survived; agreeing to donate the organs of their beloved, deceased relatives to others in need. Those who receive this timely and invaluable aid are forever indebted to the largesse of the donors! Counselors in hospitals, along with doctors and other paramedical staff counsel such families to donate the organs of their deceased relatives.

          There are several NGOs that aid this process too. Yet the numbers of persons opting for organ donation are too small and woefully insufficient. The reason could be that people are unwilling to pledge their organs for donation due to fear of disfigurement, religious beliefs, ignorance or sheer apathy!

          Therefore, days such as the World Organ Donation Day observed on the 13th of August; serve as an important and essential reminder to the global population that organs are gifts of life that we could pledge for ensuring that others live a long and healthy life!

          Some organs like kidneys or portions of liver or even stem cells could be donated even while we are alive, whereas the other organs like eyes, brain, heart, lungs, pancreas, spleen, portions of the intestines, skin, etc. could be pledged towards this noble cause so that even after we are no more, we could live in this world through the others who have benefited by our initiative.

          Our family of three, my mother-in-law, husband and I had decided to go a step further and donate our bodies after death. Dehadaan - the ultimate gift to humanity, is our ultimate goal! But when my mother-in-law passed away due to a heart attack, during the pandemic, the hospital refused to accept her body or organs for donation, saying that due to the COVID situation, body or organ-donation was not being accepted. This, despite the fact that she died of natural causes due to a ripe old age (91 years) and not COVID! What a waste of her undoubtedly healthy organs!

 

          Now my husband and I continue with our decision...

          Since I have been Crusading against my Ex-employer, the Life Insurance Corporation of India; for Illegal and Arbitrary Repudiation of my Wage Revision Arrears and for Non-receipt of Revised (Difference between Revised and Earlier Applicable) Statutory Retirement Benefits like Pension and Provident Fund; as well as for Justice to all such similarly placed, Resigning Ex-employees; I have linked my Cause with my Pledge for Dehadaan.

          I will fill the form pledging for Dehadaan/Organ Donation, after all of us get our legally rightful dues from the Corporation. In case of my earlier demise, my family will either donate my body for medical research or donate all my organs/tissues/skin to either my chosen hospital or the nearest hospital and fulfill my wish. I have ensured that all my near and dear ones are aware of my wish so that my pledge doesn't go in vain. 

          I appeal to all those who read this blog to consider Dehadaan or at least Organ Donation so that their precious life-saving organs could be used after death. Why waste them in a burial ground or cemetery when someone could live longer, after receiving them?

Dada J. P. Vaswani - 107th Birthday Celebration (Jashan) of an Enlightened Soul!

         On this sacred occasion, we humbly pay our respects to the great soul who was truly an apostle of peace and unity. True to his name, Jashan, his life was a celebration of all the noble things of life, Service, sacrifice, humility, purity, genuineness and goodness! We were blessed to have heard his speeches, discourses and been in his divine presence on several occasions.

        As a student, I had even visited him in his tiny and pristine room in the precincts of the Sadhu Vaswani Mission complex. I was impressed by how he lived so modestly, without any pretense and with hardly any worldly belongings!  He spoke with a twinkle in his eye and was very sweet and polite in his manner. 

        We had heard of an interesting and illuminating anecdote related to him. Once, one of his followers gifted him a shawl. Immediately, he gave it away, saying that he already had one and that it was more than enough for him. 

        

        Even his soul was devoid of any baggage of negative virtues. He embodied simplicity and selfless service in all that he did. He proved that true religion was meant to be lived and not just talked about! Thus he was a true successor of his mentor and founder of the Mission, Sadhu T.L. Vaswani; in letter and spirit.

     

        We pray to the Almighty that his blessed soul rests in eternal peace and his teachings continue to inspire and motivate us to lead enriched lives!

     

        Dear Dada, we will observe the moment of calm today at 2 p.m. on the occasion of your birthday and pray for universal brotherhood, peace and forgiveness.

      

        Your legacy will always live on in our hearts!
