We welcome the Lord of Wisdom again after a year-long wait. Yes, patience has its rewards!
As we welcome Him home amidst the pollution, traffic, chaos and the drought-like situation in Maharashtra, we beseech Him to alleviate our circumstances. Of course, He will say that all our troubles are man-made, but we will ask Him to forgive us and shower His benevolence on us! (As we do every year!)
So Lord Ganesh, kindly help us to help ourselves and make this place a better place to live in and make this Planet Earth attain longevity. Also help us to become good human beings and guide us through life's vicissitudes. Let us get strength to overcome all the obstacles in the path of our success.
