In the previous book titled ‘When Chikoo Was Very Bitter…’ we saw how Chikoo is part of a group of five friends living in a utopic village.
In the current book, the second of the ‘Chikoo’ series, we will see how groups of friends from that village differ from each other vastly and yet come closer after overcoming their individual, petty differences of opinion and jealousy.
When we can unite despite our differences, there can be no greater joy!
Even if ‘the green-eyed monster’ of jealousy does rear its head sometime, let’s put it down firmly, once for all.
I'm thrilled to release this title on 'International Friendship Day' as it's an ode to friendship.

Children's book - 'Operation Chikoo' is the second of my'Chikoo Series', the first one being 'When Chikoo was very bitter...' and the third one being 'Chikoo Saves Chikki'.

Pakya, Natya, Gundya, Barkya and Sasha were a gang of young lads, all aged between seven and twelve, often at loggerheads with Mango and Company (Mango’s gang – Mango, Chikoo, Banana, Neem and Karela).

     Mango had long ago, given up on any attempts at unity between the two gangs. The members just didn’t jell with each other. They were as different as chalk and cheese, in attitude, games that they played and the language that they used.
