Dear friends,
The Long-distance Relationship
“After you,” said Pranay, cheerfully; blissfully unaware of the tension between the two ladies. Parikrama quickly gave him a tour of the 5 classrooms decorated with paintings of cartoons, small play area with a sand-pit, grass-patch and some toys and the library-cum-computer room.
Amazed, he asked, “You teach computers to these tiny-tots here! How do they respond?”
She coolly said, “They take to them like fish to water. Anyway, all of them are already acquainted with the mobiles and laptops, as their parents are always hooked to them!”
“Yes, of course,” his eyes twinkled. “Do you also teach here or do you focus only on co-ordination?”
“Though I’m a coordinator, I fill in when any teacher suddenly takes leave. I love kids and don’t mind the extra work, which doesn’t seem like work at all!”
Pranay had a faraway look as he mulled over her words, “I love kids.” She seemed an ideal candidate for Samidha’s match-making sessions. Why hadn’t Samidha ever mentioned her? In a flash, he got his answer, as Samidha loudly called out to Parikrama.
